Gintare Hennick

I focus on Strategic Growth initiatives at FPE. Prior to joining the firm, I was an Institutional LP investor at BAE Systems Pension Fund, one of the largest UK’s pension funds, and Stonehage Fleming Private Capital, a leading global multi-family office. Throughout my career in the alternative investments industry, I've gained deep insights into the workings of the sector and how successful private equity firms achieve scale.

At FPE, I focus on advancing new and existing growth initiatives within the firm which enable it to grow and scale. This includes the assessment, adoption and integration of various technologies to enhance FPE’s capabilities in areas such as Investor Relations, Origination, Investment Process and Reporting.

Outside FPE, I enjoy travelling and spending time outdoors. I hold a MSc degree in Finance with Distinction from London School of Economics (LSE).
