We are pleased to announce that portfolio company Intragen has acquired AspisID, a leading provider of identity and access management (IAM) consulting, project management and development services.
Intragen was FPE’s sixth investment from FPE Fund II, the firm’s second specialist software and services fund. AspisID is the second acquisition Intragen has made in the last 12 months, having previously acquired United Identity - the IAM business unit of Telia in Finland. The acquisition by Intragen adds a Dutch HQ in Utrecht, clients in 10 different countries, multi-year contracts, and a significant delivery team based in Athens.
Intragen delivers services and its own IP to accelerate the delivery of IAM software – and managed services to run and maintain deployed solutions.

The acquisition of AspisID increases the size of the Intragen team to more than 170 people. Demand for the managed services we provide is growing fast. Every year, AspisID recruits the best Graduates from Greek Universities and puts them through an intensive training program. We look forward to working with the AspisID team to expand their Academy.
